Order processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days after receipt of payment.

Shipping options

We offer the following options for delivery:

  • Standard delivery : Standard delivery via our carrier partner.
  • Delivery to a relay point : To collect your order from a relay point near you.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the products.
Free delivery is offered for all orders over 60 euros in mainland France.

We only deliver to mainland France.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your order on our carrier's website.
